Traditional home extensions are built exposed to British weather — bricks laid in the rain, timbers dried by luck, plaster cured through open windows. It's slow, unpredictable, and disruptive to your daily life for months at a time.
Our approach flips this on its head. The load-bearing frame, insulation, roof structure and services are built in a temperature-controlled factory to a millimetre-level tolerance. Meanwhile, our ground-works team pours a precision concrete raft to your build's exact footprint at your property. When the structure is ready, it arrives on the back of a lorry and is craned into position — often watertight the same day.
The result is a build that's faster, cleaner, more predictable and better insulated than a traditional extension of equivalent size.
