Most of our prefab extensions fall within permitted development rights, meaning no formal planning application is required. This depends on the size of the extension, your property type, whether you live in a designated area (Conservation Area, AONB or National Park), and if your home is listed. For larger builds, corner-plot properties or listed homes, we'll advise during the initial site survey and support you with any planning applications required at no extra cost.
